Rate Your Operator

How did they do?

Was the job finished on time? (optional)

Comment (optional)

Other clients will see your rating and comment with your first name.

If you give 4 or 5 stars, DirtBidder may give the operator a public shoutout. It names their company, the kind of job and the county. Never you, your address or the price.

Report Operator

What happened? Details (optional)

Only DirtBidder sees this. The operator isn’t told who reported them.

✓ Thanks — we’ll look into it.

Operator

📍 Job Site GPS Pin

Tap the map right where the work is. It stays private — only the operator you hire and pay sees it.

Hire This Operator

You'd normally hand a contractor a deposit with nothing protecting you. On DirtBidder, your money isn't paid to anyone until you say the work is done. If the job never starts, you get it back.

How do you want to pay?

Report a Problem

Your payment stays frozen in escrow while DirtBidder reviews this. We'll hear from the operator too, then decide whether to pay them, refund you, or split it.
